Evaluation: medium? How is it original? Background For the background on the first page of my magazine listing I used a photo of graffiti on a wall because I feel as though it links in with the themes of crime, corruption, wrong, rights and restrictions in society. In addition, the colours of the background are neutral tones and not too bold therefore, doesn't affect the visibility of the text for the reader. I think the colours of the background go really well with the text because it is mostly light grey/white with areas of bright colours highlighting the black text. At the bottom of the listing, I created the title 'Secrets Of A Serial Killer' in vibrant red font, which is boldly standing out from the listing as well as not covering the text. I think this adds a creepy and menacing element to the listing linking to my theme.
